Good Attitude - Be Prepare

When look at the people desk, how his structure and cleanlyness we will know how he is ready for challegne.

I am person which not such prepared currently and job attitude that is not so structure. I like to put all the job together and face up some time i do not able to handle. the reason are i not prepared to facing the new challegn. now i realise it i going to improve and change it.
